Fast pace environment with a quick product turn around to keep up to date with the latest fashion trends.
Up to date with the online website with all the latest offers and delivery options - Attracting the shoppers with a busy lifestyle who needs the online access to get what she needs.
Plenty of visual displays throughout the store both at floor and high level to entice the customers to buy and link sell.
Clear zoning within departments - easy to identify.
Ping pong effect used efficiently to bounce customers from one product to another to encourage link selling.
Foundations of excellent customer service is present - good interaction at the till point made the experience personal.
Evidence that standards can be high throughout.
Store covers various brands to cover a wider shopping audience.
High target for shop lifters = profit loss.
Not all product tagged electronically.
Standards slipping in areas e.g. size ordering and trouser hanging.

it can be hard to find sizes whether this be in store or online - e.g. high waisted jeans.
Some garment fittings are not the best fit, I have found this with the arm holes in dressier tops.
Some areas of the store can be over stocked therefore harder to shop.

There is another store within walking distance - this is a smaller store but never the less this could have some effect on their trade.
